"Reaching Out" oil on wood panel, Giant Pacific Octopus. This has been the year of the octopus for me, starting in January I created the first painting. After doing the first one I knew I needed to go bigger and reach out. During this time of the pandemic, when we have all closed in and feeling the need to reach out to friends and family, this piece helped me express that feeling.
